This hour long session is divided into three parts: Aerobics - Resistance training/Boxercise - Mat work and abdominals.

Gill is very experienced in teaching mixed ability classes so, whether you already exercise regularly or are just starting out, you will work at your level and get a great all-round workout. Music is used throughout the class to motivate you and no two classes will be identical.

Bring a drink and a small towel.

Cost £5 per session (or by pre-paid subscription). £1 extra for help with childcare whilst you work out!
