We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Accountant who loves numbers but also sees the bigger picture — someone who understands that great financial management helps fuel mission and impact.

The Role

You’ll oversee the safety and stewardship of FBC’s finances, ensuring accurate records, smooth financial processes, and clear reporting. You’ll manage our bookkeeper, support budget holders, and liaise with auditors — keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in accounting or financial management (charity experience helpful but not essential)
• Confident using accounting software and producing reports
• Able to prepare accounts up to trial balance
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Someone who shares our commitment to transparency and good stewardship
