We're Hiring: Director of Guest Experience

We're looking for someone who loves people, thrives on organisation, and wants to make a real difference in our church and community. As our Director of Guest Experience, you'll lead the way in ensuring every guest — whether they come for a Sunday service, a weekday coffee, or hire one of our spaces — feels noticed, supported, and encouraged to come back.
This full-time leadership role involves:
Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the FBC Centre as a vibrant, welcoming community hub
Leading and supporting key staff, including the Café Manager and Building Manager
Shaping and owning the entire guest experience — Monday to Sunday
Coordinating and continually improving our New to FBC journey
Leading and developing volunteer teams
Bringing creativity and warmth to everything from signage to social media
Playing a key role in the Ministry Leadership Team
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + pension contribution
