We're Hiring: Guest Experience Coordinator

We're looking for someone who loves people, thrives on organisation, and wants to make a real difference in our church and community. As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll lead the way in ensuring every guest — whether they come for a Sunday service, a weekday coffee, or a special event — feels noticed, supported, and encouraged to come back.
This full-time role (part-time options considered) involves:
Overseeing the guest experience across the week, including Sundays
Supporting and leading volunteer teams
Coordinating our “New to FBC” journey
Bringing creativity and warmth to everything from social media to special events
Starting salary: £29,500 + 25 days holiday + pension contribution
Start Date: 1st September 2025
