Admin Volunteer

What is this role all about?
Our General Admin volunteers help the church run smoothly behind the scenes. The aim is to support staff and ministry leaders with practical administration, communication and organisation, so that the wider church can focus on welcoming people, helping them follow Jesus and serving the church family.
This may include tasks such as managing information, preparing documents, organising records, responding to emails, helping with ChurchSuite, supporting events and assisting with other administrative needs.

Why is this role important?
Good administration helps the church work efficiently and care for people well. It ensures that information is accurate, communication is clear and ministry leaders have the practical support they need. Although much of this role happens behind the scenes, it makes a significant difference to the whole church. By serving faithfully in administration, volunteers help create a church environment that is organised, welcoming and able to support people as they find and follow Jesus.
