SPACES FOR HIRE

The Main Hall is a large, modern facility available for hire and ideal for a wide range of activities - team sports, training sessions, fitness classes, tournaments and community events. It can also host large parties and larger conference-style gatherings. The venue features high ceilings, excellent lighting, and a well-maintained playing surface suitable for multiple sports. It can be set up with a stage with all sound and lighting equipment provided (on request).

The Loft is a light and airy space with a high ceiling and a fantastic view overlooking California Country Park. It is available for hire and is suitable for a wide range of uses - from conference-style events, through dance and sports classes, to larger parties and performances. It features a stage with lighting available, and it also has an adjoining kitchenette which can be used with prior notice. It is currently used for fitness and dance classes, sport, youth clubs, children's activities as well as occasional concerts and performances.

The space (excluding the stage) is approximately 15 by 10 metres, giving a floor area of about 150 sq. m.

The California Room is a multi-purpose space available to hire for classes, meetings, seminars and clubs. It is fully equipped with a plasma screen and a built-in audio system designed for presentations or to play music/videos. There is access available to a kitchenette across the corridor (on request). It can be set up for a variety of different uses, from a boardroom-style or conference-style meeting area to a clear space for training or sports and wellness classes.

The room is 9.5 by 5.3 metres, giving a floor area of approximately 50 sq. m.

The California suite is formed by the California room and the Atrium combined, giving an opportunity to spread out to a larger uninterrupted space.

The suite is 13 by 5.3 metres, giving a floor area of approximately 69 sq. m.

The Waverley Room is named after Waverley School which was the home of Finchampstead Baptist Church before we built the FBC Centre. This room is multi-purpose with access available to the Loft (on request) and an adjoining kitchenette (also on request). It is available to hire for classes, meetings and clubs, and it can be set up to your requirements. The Waverley Room is fully equipped with a plasma screen and a built-in audio system designed for presentations or to play music/videos.

The room is 7.1 by 6 metres, giving a floor area of approximately 42 sq. m.

The Atrium is a small meeting room located directly above the reception area and available to hire for small groups of people - up to 10 or 15 max., depending on layout. There is access available to a kitchenette down the corridor (on request) and the room can be provided fully equipped with a plasma screen, DVD and an audio system for presentations or to play music/videos (on request).

The room is 3.5 by 5.3 metres, giving a floor area of approximately 18 sq. m.

The Quiet room offers a peaceful, comfortable space for rest, reflection or focused time away from noise and distractions. Designed to be calm and welcoming, it is ideal for reading, prayer, mindfulness, or simply taking a moment to recharge. The room is available free of charge and open to all visitors during opening hours, whether they need a short break or a quiet place to collect their thoughts - the space is there for everyone.

The room can be prebooked free of charge for an hour or so and is marked as IN USE on the door.
