Kids
What is this role all about?
Helping children who may need a little extra support to access, engage with and enjoy our Tots and Kids environments. You’ll come alongside a child, helping remove barriers and enabling them to take part in a way that works for them.
Why is this role important?
Because every child belongs at FBC. We want children with additional needs to feel seen, valued and included, and to have every opportunity to build relationships, have fun and discover more about Jesus.
Who is this role for?
People who are patient, compassionate, flexible and encouraging. You don’t need to be an expert in additional needs — just willing to get to know each child, follow the support agreed with their family, and help create a safe and welcoming place where they can thrive.
What is the expectation for this role?

- Following details in the planning provided by the Kids & Family worker.
