What is this role all about?
Our Kids registration team are responsible for creating a safe, welcoming environment the moment that children and families arrive at FBC Kids.
Why is this role important?
We want our Kids ministry to be inspiring and delivered with love and we want all children and families to feel welcomed and safe. Our registration team will create relationships with parents so that they feel reassured enough to leave their children in our care.
Who is this role for?
Someone who has a warm and welcoming personality and is a good communicator with families. We use a digital sign in system so confidence with technology would be beneficial and an ability to troubleshoot independently.
What is the expectation for this role?
- A curiosity about faith and a keen interest to develop this further.
- A successful DBS application.
- Completed safeguarding training from FBC.
- Serving at least once in a four-week period.
- Following details in the planning provided by the Kids & Family worker.
- Open to training and feedback.
- Arrive at FBC for 9:30.
