What is this role all about?
Young people in year groups 7-9 are invited to join our Youth AM session, upstairs in our Cali Suite, instead of staying in the adult service. We want to create a safe space where our young people can understand their own faith, challenge and ask questions and reflect on themselves. Our Youth leaders in these sessions manage the session time, take a lead in the teaching and liaise with the churches Kids and Family worker about planning and giving feedback where necessary.
Why is this role important?
We want our Youth ministry to be inspiring and delivered with love and we need confident Leaders as they will play a key part in this. Jesus values young people immensely and we want everyone to feel part of something special on a Sunday morning.
