What is this role all about?
Our Sunday Evening Youth group is a place where fun, friendship, and faith come together in a dynamic community! We want to create a space where young people can be themselves, explore their beliefs, and make lasting connections. Our Youth Leaders work hard to create a session that includes a key message/teaching, crafts/activities that young people really love and organise food that really create a buzz of community. The Youth Leaders plan the sessions and then liaise with the team of Youth Workers and the Duty Manager on site for each session.
Why is this role important?
We want our Youth ministry to be inspiring and delivered with love and we need confident Leaders as they will play a key part in this. Jesus values young people immensely and we want everyone to feel part of something special on a Sunday evening. We want our young people to experience life together in a way that's real, relevant, and loads of fun!
